If you're just registering yourself, choose an individual membership that comes with a fee of $100. If you're registering yourself and/or minors under the age of 18, choose a family membership for a fee of $100 per person. 

You'll be contacted about settling your registration fees after the form has been submitted. 

NOTE: all members are required to volunteer for bingos, which is how our organization raises funds for things like costumes, travel and space rentals, etc. The number of bingos you're obligated to volunteer for will depend on your type of membership. See below for more detail.
